This session also introduces the practices of Ayurveda that create daily wellness; cultivate more physical, energetic, and mental resiliency; and support your yoga practice. You'll be introduced to the FIVE Element System of Ayurveda, learn how your birth constitution informs your health, and utilize yoga to have more energy, stay healthier, and feel more yourself!

This workshop will explore ways to purify and support the physical body, balance the energetic body, and clarify the mind using the sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda. An Ayurvedic rejuvenation cleanse is an important way to keep the illnesses and depletion that occur during seasonal shifts at bay. This workshop will explore dietary and lifestyle support for detoxification, reflection, asana, pranayama, and meditation. 
The Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Cleanse includes:
Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle teachings, Ayurvedic cooking, asana practice, pre and post-cleanse practices, recipes, and shopping list. 
In Workshops we will focus on the science behind the relationships between the body, the mind, and their bridges . We are concerned with the flow of prana, how and where it moves and does not move in posture, in nadi, with consciousness.
