LETS HAVE SOME "ME" TIME

There are some studies that claim the body can heal twice as fast when it’s in a relaxed state. This is why it’s important to set aside some “me time” to slow down and just be. When is the last time you did a self-love ritual? Something just for yourself? It could be as simple as having a hot bath or lighting a candle and just meditating for a few minutes, reading a book,doing yoga, walk barefoot or enjoying a cup of herbal tea tea.
Break down your bigger goals into smaller more do-able parts and just get going. Small first steps can lead to profound big changes.
If you want to kick off a new habit or make a positive change in your life, the crucial thing you gotta do is just start.
This applies to virtually anything and everything. 
If you wanted to start reading, don’t think about whether you have the time to read the whole book. Just start reading a few pages. Before you know it, you probably would’ve finished an entire chapter. You get the drift.
Sometimes, it helps to just take a long, deep breath. Just breathe in and hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can and then release it slowly, like a sigh. This can drain out so much physical and mention tension.
There is never just one way of looking at things. Whenever you are faced with a problem, turn it on its head and look at it from a different point of view. Once you start looking at it from a different angle, fresh perspectives emerge. Sometimes, just sleeping on a problem can look and feel different the next day. Always take a step back before reacting or making hard and fast decisions. Have an open mind and consider that your way may work but it’s not the only way. Make sure you’re not missing something or a better way of doing things.
