AYURVEDIC AND VEDIC COUNSELLING WITH ME

It is very personal & deep journey to discover oneself.
The path of Ayurvedic Sadhana integrates healing Ayurveda, Pranayama, Mantra, Yoga Asana and Meditation into our everyday life; reflecting a transformative well being into our family and community.
Vedic counseling includes an integral approach to health and wellness and spirituality, using the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga..
Sessions cover a range of areas related to your life, including karma, career, diet, relationships, life like career, prosperity, or yogic spirituality, not just health and whatever factors necesssary for establishing a sound mind-body relationship. One of the central goals of vedic counseling is to ensure the person is living in accordance with natures laws and in alignment with their life's purpose. Each persons soul has distinctive features and qualities that must be understood to support the path of living an evolutionary lifestyle.
Each session is essentially a complete Ayurvedic assessment that focuses on determination of the persons body-mind constitution (dosha) and addresses any major imbalances a person may be challenged with.Understanding your dosha type is the first step towards Ayurvedic healing and is highly recommended especially if you are interested in doing the Detox Program. These sessions are also important who needing support with lifestyle balance and for refining their spiritual practices (sadhana).
In Ayurveda, counseling relates primarily to behavior and lifestyle changes to improve our physical and mental health. These include daily and seasonal health regimens, constitution balancing, and adjustment for stages of life, like old age.
Another way to look at the relationship between Vedic counseling and Ayurvedic counseling is relative to the Vedic goals of life. These are well known as fourfold as Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha.
Vedic counseling, on the other hand, is designed to help us directly achieve Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha, but recognizes the foundation of health and wellbeing through Ayurveda, which it is more inclined to address indirectly as part of right living and behavioral practices.

A holistic mind, body and spirit approach to health, Ayurveda is India’s traditional system of medicine, and is believed to be around thousand year old. It is considered to be the longest continuously practiced system of medicine in the world.
The true aim of Ayurveda is to clear out the emotional clutter in the mind, senses, and body to access your greatest potential for health and a balanced life.
We are born in a natural state of balance, which is called prakruti (also seen as prakriti). Prakruti is made up of the emotional, physical and spiritual state of our parents and our surroundings — probably with a bit of Karma thrown in. Pretty much from our first breath, we enter into a state imbalance, which is called our vikruti. Ayurveda helps us find our way back to our prakruti.
