Steps to a New, Enriched State of Fertility
Fertility is equally spiritual and emotional as it is physical. Appreciate that achieving fertility is also about achieving the healthiest baby possible on all dimensions so that the soul may fulfill its purpose to the highest degree.
The purpose of this guide is to lead you through the journey of preconception preparation before arriving at the doorstep of pregnancy. 
Nourishing your bodies preconception is very important. What we eat on a daily basis either promotes or discourages fertility. Smart nutrition is the foundation to fertility. The more nourished we are before we conceive, the more nourished our little babes will be too. The foods I am going to talk about in during consultation are great to eat before, during and after pregnancy. Learning what to eat and how to take care of yourselves before our new babe comes into our world, gives you a foundation to lean on for the rest of our lives.
Being pregnant has already radically altered your life in ways you are uncovering and exploring each day. There are so many unknowns in pregnancy and is has been imperative that you learn to surrender to the massive changes that are taking place inside of your body and set your life up in a way that gives you the space I need to be present for it all. You don’t want to look back on this part of your life and feel like you missed it. There is no way to know how you’re going to feel emotionally, physically, or mentally during pregnancy which is one of the reasons remaining flexible and adjusting the expectations you have on yourselves is paramount. Setting boundaries in your work life is ultimately about creating the space we need to live in our truest, deepest alignment.
Before any growth or progress, a cleansing of the things that do not serve you well must occur. This is an opportunity to start new, on a blank slate, so that you can offer your highest self to the passage of pregnancy and to parenthood. Anger, grief, toxins, emotional heaviness, and more all have a profound impact on your pregnancy. In fertility cleansing, there is a specific effort to remove toxins and excess doshas from the field, the nutrients and fluid, and the seed, which are deeper tissue layers and therefore require deeper cleansing.
PANCHAKARMA..
The first step is to detoxify the body (known as ‘Panchakarma’). The reproductive tissues in both men and women are dependant on the health of the other 6 types of body tissues that Ayurveda recognises. The health of all tissues is dependant on having good digestion-agin, which controls how well we assimilate food into the body. Hence, the first step in producing healthy sperm and eggs is to ensure digestion is working well. This is achieved through a deep internal cleansing to balance the doshas and remove toxins ( ama), ensuring digestion works optimally. Reducing toxicity in the body is especially important before pregnancy.
Ayurveda gives great importance to the preparation of both partners prior to conception. The birth of a healthy child is seen as equivalent to planting a tree, for which we need a seed, soil, time and the right nourishment. This approach can be seen as the ultimate in preventative medicine with actions a 3 months prior to conception having lifelong effects for your child. The intention of rejuvenation is ultimately to build ojas (the essence of vitality and immunity). Charaka, explains the importance of ojas in relation to pregnancy: “It is the ojas which keeps all the living beings refreshed. There can be no life without ojas. Ojas marks the beginning of embryo.” Whatever makes you feel more full, juicy, content, and nourished builds ojas. Menstrual cycle is an indication of the state of the health of the female and can be affected by many factors, such as excessive physical exercise, diet, life-style, stress, emotional instability. Any of these can create an imbalance of the Ojas, Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and Dhatus.

I am here for the softening, the practice of being able to see everything in my life as a sacred expression of grace.
My philosophy can be stated as simply supporting patients to trust their intuition which isn’t nearly as woo woo as it sounds. Everyone is born with a direct line to their inner wisdom and my role is to help clear whatever is blocking that channel from coming through as effectively as possible.
The ancient knowledge reveals practices that show how a woman can make the best use of the miraculous creation process that is happening in her own body.
