The practice of cleansing is considered a vital part of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, with great potential for improved energy, strength, and immunity, as well as a renewed love of life.
In Ayurvedic philosophy, health starts in the digestive system. Cleansing is seen as a vital process to reach optimal health through clearing out accumulated waste and toxicity from both the mind and the tissues in the body. A simple Ayurvedic cleanse aims to balance agni. Agni, means fire, and in this case directly refers to your metabolic fire, the strength of our ability to digest what we take in.

PREGNANCY AND MOTHERHOOD IN AYURVEDA BY DR UNNATI CHAVDA

Pregnancy and Motherhood in Ayurveda By Dr Unnati Chavda..
Promoting the Health of Mother and Baby During Pregnancy Using Ayurveda
Ayurveda places an enormous emphasis on the importance of caring for the mother before, during, and after pregnancy. Dharma (righteousness), artha (wealth), lakshmi (auspiciousness), and loka (the entire universe) are represented in every woman. Ayurveda regards the woman and her ability to produce and care for children as the basis of family life which, in turn, is the very foundation of society.
Therefore, only if the women of a society are safe, protected, and content can these qualities manifest in that society.
When the male and female seeds unite and the soul enters the union, an embryo (garbha) is created. Ayurveda gives great importance to the quality of the seed (ovum). In addition to the female seed, the mother also provides the 'ideal terrain' ( the uterus) into which the seed is to be planted.
The husband, parents, siblings, relatives and other family members are advised to oversee the pregnant woman's diet and encourage activities that are healthy and enjoyable to her and beneficial for the child developing in her body....is indeed a holistic one. Guidelines regarding diet, activities, behavior and mental activity (ahar, vihar, achar and vichar, respectively) are also measured....The goal is the protection and nourishment of both the growing fetus and the mother.
From the moment the pregnancy is confirmed, the woman is counseled to follow certain guidelines of living according to Ayurveda...and special regimens are prescribed for each month in the subsection Garbhini Paricharya. The basic wisdom to be understood is to take greater care during the first three months of pregnancy and during the eighth and ninth months.
Promoting the Health of Mother and Baby During Pregnancy Using Ayurveda begins with a month by month description of developments during pregnancy, including nutrition, tbe daily routine, yoga asana, meditation, happiness, challenges, herbal medicines as well as classical month by month regimens, herbal gbees, and preparing for the baby.
In Ayurvedic management of pregnancy, each woman is screened for signs of vitiated Vata. Through diet, medicines and-cleansing regimens, vata is pacified well in advance. Vata must be kept in balance during pregnancy. Itis the downward moving flow of energy in the body and must not be too strong or too weak. An emotional disturbance that can be caused by excess vata is anxiety. Foods, rest, and oil massage will be prescribed in order to restore balance. Vata is key to maintaining the pregnancy as well as birthing the baby at the time of labor.
We have seen that women who are given therapies for management of Vata have surprisingly easy pregnancies and deliveries compared to those who are not.

DETOX AND PURIFICATION OF YOUR BODY WITH DIFFERENT PRACTICES OF AYURVEDA TOOLS

Detox and Purification of Your Body With Different Practices of Ayurveda Tools..
This body is Mother Nature’s most precious gift to you; soon you will return it back to her. In the time being, it is your duty to keep it alive...not just living..., bustling with energy and clear communication, and healthy tissues to support a luminous radiance.
One of the main processes of healing the system in Ayurveda is cleansing. The increase of water and air pollutants, food contamination, pesticides and chemicals in our environment all play their part in depleting and damaging our systems.
Ayurveda recommends a cleanse to accompany a change in season, to clear and open physiological and psychological channels in the body and mind.
1. Kitchari Cleansing Diet (3-11 days)
In addition to intensive and deep cleansing, kitchari helps rejuvenate and restore all the vital forces of the body.
It balance all three doshas.
It does not provoke the formation of toxins in the body.
It quickly and effectively remove toxins from the body.
It has the ability to purify the aura.
My Ayurvedic kitchari ...cleanse is so impactful; this meal is a complete protein that helps your body maintain a stable blood sugar, mineral balance, and, most importantly, adrenal function.
Ayurveda's kitchari cleanse provides everything you need for an effective reset of your entire organism's digestive capacity.
The two powerful tools for this cleansing program are kitchari and ghee. Kitchari has a balancing effect on all three doshas; vata, pitta and kapha, while being excellent for detoxification and de-aging of the cells. Ghee is a digestive, improves absorption and assimilation of nutrition and lubricates the connective tissue. Both are very important aspects of the ayurvedic cleansing techniques.
The cleanse will be offered in 3-, 5-, 7 and 11- day packages
2. Oil Pulling – an Ancient Practice of Ayurveda..
This process, in which you swish a small amount of plant-based oil around in your mouth, is known as gandusha in Sanskrit, meaning -gargling or holding liquid in the mouth.
Oil is an adsorbent in this purification that binds all that is unnecessary and harmful to the body. Oil, like a sponge, absorbs toxins.
3. Sipping Hot Water Infused With Ayurvedic Herbs Will Cleanse Your Body:
If you simply sip your hot water infused with my AYURVEDIC HERBS throughout the day you will notice that your digestive system is purified and strengthened, your body – detoxified and rejuvenated.
Unabsorbed or Undigested food or emotion turns into ama – a toxic, sticky, foul-smelling substance. Disease is actually a crisis of ama, in which the body seeks to eliminate the accumulated toxicity.
Drinking boiled hot water infused with Ayurvedic Herbs is an ancient Ayurvedic method for flushing the lymphatic system, softening hardened tissues, and dilating, cleansing and then hydrating deep tissues. It also heals and repairs the digestive system.
4. Chyawanprash made with ayurvedic herbs (Sp Prepared by Me) the Benefits for Body and Mind.
A blend of Ayurvedic herbs with multiple health benefits, provides endurance of life, memory, health, youthfulness, vigor, brightness, improved voice, and body stamina. It is good for all doshas, ages, and genders.
5. Ayurvedic Panchakarma..
Panchakarma is the ancient system of Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapies designed to facilitate the removal of deep-rooted stresses and toxins in the physiology.
Creating a balance of all humoral body & mind factors to achieve the optimum Health & wellbeing.
Enhance Satva Guna while creating a balance of Rajas & Tamasica Gunas of the Manas (Mind).
Expel doshas and correct imbalances as well as eliminate the harmful ama out of your system through organs and channels of elimination (colon, sweat glands, lungs, bladder, urinary tract, stomach and intestines).
Panchakarma intensifies the process in order to cleanse impurities from the very deepest layers of the body.
6. Ayurvedic Medicines to support detoxification.
Ayurveda offers unique insight into creating balance among all facets of wellness — physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual — using tools such as diet, plant remedies, daily schedule and lifestyle practices, movement and yoga, meditation, breath work, color, and aromatherapy to establish harmony between body, mind, and the natural world.
Ayurveda recommends a cleanse to accompany a change in season, to clear and open physiological and psychological channels in the body and mind.

I will introduce you insight into the basic principles of Ayurveda, identifying foundations for health and causes of disease. The theory of the five elements and three doshas will be discussed.
My Ayurvedic cleanse program cleanse helps the body to identify stored fat tissue as useable energy, retraining and firing up digestive capacity within the GI tract, bodily tissues, and the mind. Accumulated and stored toxins are brought to the surface of tissues and gently escorted out through elimination channels. The results of the cleanse are empowered digestive and immune systems as well as a purified mind to transition gracefully and energetically from the heavy, dulled body into the light, auspicious system.
Ayurveda is about using the knowledge of (your) life, of every part of yourself and your sensory experience, to help you manage inputs like diet, movement (exercise), environment, behavior, and relationships with awareness, to cultivate longevity, vitality, radiance, and luminosity while simultaneously preventing physiological or psychological imbalance.
If imbalance does arise, Ayurveda offers a diagnostic system to identify the source of the disease as well as a treatment plan inclusive of ayurved medicines, bodywork, dietary and lifestyle protocol to return you to a state of health.
If your body is stressed, it will not detoxify, it will not release its hold on all it has accumulated. The body is very intelligent; it is doing everything it can to stay alive! It is attached to that which it clutches so firmly for a reason. You must give it the optimal conditions to release. All forms of detoxification require care, patience, and rest. The process of loosening toxicant build up in fatty tissues must be partnered with an emphasis on efficient elimination of these chemicals from the blood stream and the body.

DAILY REGIME-DINCHARYA

Daily regime – Dinacharya : Part I
Tune in with the rhythm and laws of Divine and Almighty Nature.
The body has its biological clock. Body is not ready to perform any activity at any time. Ayurveda has categorized the function and classified them according to biological clock. For example morning time is a period of Kapha, if we eat heavy food in breakfast, our stomach is not prepared to digest it properly and there are possibilities of production of some harmful products. Midday is period of Pitta, and body is prepared to digest any kind of food properly. Late afternoon is a vata period. After sundown, again there is period of Kapha and Srotas (microchannels) close after sunset, our supper should be light.
Dinacaryā is the single most important practice in the prevention of disease and maintenance of health.
Ayurveda emphasizes on the selection of food according to Prakriti (innate predominance of Doshas in individual’s constitution). Usually, people ignore this unknowingly. If a person with Vata- Kapha dominance consumes food with Vata – Kapha properties, he will be prone to have diseases of Vata Kapha origin, for example, Asthma. If he avoids this type of food, he may protect himself from Asthma. A person with Kapha dominance, if consumes Kapha food, he may suffer with Kapha type diseases as Diabetes mellitus or Atherosclerosis.
Ayurveda recommends avoiding certain unwholesome combinations of food articles. Combining milk with sour and salty thing; with onion, garlic, fish, radish and bananas are few examples. These cause vitiation in Rakta Dhatu and may produce skin diseases. In the modern time, when lots of discussions are there about skin allergies, one shall try to avoid this type of combinations in food. Together with activities and food, Achara (moral codes of conduct) are also an important part of Dinacharya.
Dinacharya will be detailed to the individual’s situation as well as change throughout the seasons so these too are integral to the basis of knowledge of how to use dinacharya.
Set a Daily Regime according to your constitution and stay optimally healthy in a every season. Ayurveda prescribes the daily routine and the seasonal regime.
Dinacarya: A Return to Wholeness
Call 9773170560/9825463394
The routine may vary according to the time of the day and seasons since both tend to aggravate certain doshas. This ensures that the doshas are in a balanced state and the various channels are clear and devoid of blockages. A proper dietary regimen, adequate exercise, elimination of wastes and a regular routine to minimize stress should be part of daily routine. Lack of proper cellular functions due to an imbalance of Vata, Pitta or Kapha result in pathological conditions. To learn how to identify imbalance, diagnose the cause of illness and harmonize the body, mind and spirit requires an understanding of how Vata, Pitta and Kapha work together.
According to Ayurveda to maintain a healthy and disease free life one should follow a daily routine or schedule. . Dinacharya is one of the best things that you can do to prevent disease, stay in balance and treat almost every illness.

The drug administered through nose as Nasya reaches to the brain and eliminates only the morbid doshas responsible for producing the disease.
Nose is the gate of the head, nasya dravya is reaching the brain and acting on important centers controlling different function and thus showing systemic effects and Nasyakarma is the treatment for all the diseases related to head.

A Couple's Ayurvedic Guide to Fertility
Infertility problems are increasing these days for many young couples. There are many factors which account for this like Lifestyle changes, delayed marriages, Diet, Lifestyle Patterns, anxiety, stressful life and so many factors which are responsible for infertility. Stress, trauma, and anxiety have been shown to affect fertility rates, as well as the quality and quantity of sperm and testosterone. But Ayurveda not only does explain how to increase fertility with Herbal Medicines, Panchakarma, Body Therapies & Ayurveda Tools but it also focuses on how to have healthy & brainy child.
Ayurvedic treatment for male infertility and female infertility both have very effective and more chances of conceive by the detoxification of body through Panchkarma treatment (fertility cleaning) and other is rejuvenation of the body therapies after that starts the oral herbal medication. Panchakarma is usually prescribed for infertile couples.
This ayurvedic treatment will increase the successes rate of IVF also.
We are also offering detoxification packages For Men and Women as well as Panchkarma ( (Ayurvedic deep internal cleansing procedure) treatment.
As you enhance the health of each of these factors, your fertility will begin to blossom.
The first phase is a three-month cleanse period, followed by a three-month rejuvenation period.
Cleanse (Months 1–3)
This is an opportunity to start new, on a blank slate. Anger, grief, toxins, emotional heaviness, and more all have a profound impact on your pregnancy. In fertility cleansing, there is a specific effort to remove toxins and excess doshas from the field, the nutrients and fluid, and the seed, which are deeper tissue layers and therefore require deeper cleansing.
The cleanse serves to clear toxins (ama) and excess doshas so that channels flow freely and toxins do not inhibit the proper functioning of any tissue. Traditional Ayurvedic cleansing for fertility lasts for several months in order to cleanse and revitalize the deepest tissue layers.
I empowered as a couple—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Ayurveda has remarkable tools that can help assist you in completing your family.
Achieving fertility is also about achieving the healthiest baby possible on all dimensions so that the soul may fulfill its purpose to the highest degree.
Body therapies
Ayurvedic body therapies such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga, marma therapy, Nasya, Basti help in releasing tension, impurities and trapped energy within the body. They nourish the body, revitalize the mind and strengthen the immune system. Rejuvenation therapies are beneficial in reducing stress, nourishing all dhatus of the body and pacifying Vata.
Rejuvenative therapies are basically recommended for Vata Dosha, and cooling light therapies for pitta Dosha. Shodhana chikitsa helps in uterine hostility, and non-ovulatory cycles. To remove local disorders, to remove obstructions in passage and to facilitate proper coitus, and to increase receptivity of the genital tract to the entry of the sperm, Basti is recommended.
A sedentary lifestyle results in believed to stagnant lymph flow. If the body is too active, the body may not be able to carry away all the waste that is produced. Therefore, the deep tissue body therapy work to stimulate the flow of lymph. This bodily fluid carries wastes and impurities away from tissues and needs muscle contractions to move efficiently throughout the body. This can help in increasing the chances of conception by clearing blocked fallopian tubes.
Ayurveda addresses the internal balances and external influences contributing to the problem by building the Ojas, improving the overall health of the individual, stimulating the hypothalamus and pituitary glands thereby indirectly inducing the ovaries to ripen and release eggs.
Ayurveda guides us to connect to our inner wisdom and grace and heal from within.
Each person is a unique balance of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental traits that govern the body, called doshas, expressed in three elements: Vata (air), Pitta (fire), Kapha (Earth/water).
A woman has to prepare her body to conceive with full body-mind integration, timing (Rtu), free of toxins or a cleansed body, connection, and self care. The pillars are; her mind, body, and attitude.
Diet
An Ayurvedic fertility diet is gentle and strengthening, and can be customized to balance the doshas. Both partners are recommended to switch to an organic, sattvic diet meaning the diet is filled with fresh, light and nutritious foods that are easily digested and not too spicy or heavy.
Lifestyle, diet, ease, and balance of internal temperatures in your body are the pillars of preventative infertility. As you know every day is an action to keep your body clean, harmonized and balanced for fertility to be achieved.
A focus on your Ojas (Vitality) is also crucial as well.
Also Fertility is seen from a conscious and holistic perspective from my end - where the mind, body, and spirit all play a major role in men & women's life.
Ayurveda gives great importance to the preparation of both partners prior to conception. The birth of a healthy child is seen as equivalent to planting a tree, for which we need a seed, soil, time and the right nourishment. This approach can be seen as the ultimate in preventative medicine with actions a few months prior to conception having lifelong effects for your unborn baby.
Both partners are suggested to follow a fertility diet and mind-body therapies for at least three months before the desired conception time.

KEEP YOUR BODY HEALTHY WITH MY SIMPLE DOSHA QUIZ

KEEP YOUR BODY HEALTHY WITH MY SIMPLE DOSHA QUIZ
Catch your imbalances at the right stage so they don't become an ailment and they don't become a disease and transfer it at Chronic level.

Dosha-Quiz During Consultation
Ayurvedic Body Type Quiz: Are you a Pitta, Vata, or Kapha Dosha?
Do you want to know more about yourself and your temperament?
Do you want to know when and what changes you should be making to get back into balance?
Take the body/mind quiz and get more insight into the many issues you may be facing and how to move past them.
These questions are intended to assess your current life situation, including any recent stresses, illnesses, or life changes. It is most helpful if you answer these questions according to what has been true for you over the past few weeks and months.
Dosha means elements. There are FIVE elements that everything in the world is made from- Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. In Ayurveda we group elements together to only mention THREE- Ether/Air, Fire/Water, Earth/Water. These are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Your body and mind’s health are determined by how balanced your elements are and how much they move around. The more balance of air, fire and earth you have the more health you will enjoy.
You do know that you should be checking in and taking the quiz every couple of weeks, so if the body is shifting excessively into one element or another that you can react by changing a habit to stay in health and avoid any oncoming ailments.
The basis of Ayurvedic philosophy is prevention. It is much harder to cure a disease than to stop it from developing. This is where the quiz can help you avoid many common ailments that will set into the body without you even knowing.
What's happening inside of you? You don't always know because you're not aware of it. The quiz is a nice way of checking in where you see, oh, this element or these elements are out of balance and this is what I can do about it. So here's a practice or here's a tool and here's a herb that you can drink, and suddenly you're back into balance. And what it does is it keeps you in check so you don't get too far out of balance. It brings you back in that normal range of imbalance because we keep moving in and out of balance.
So we want to catch imbalances at the right stage so they don't become an ailment and they don't become a disease. And this is what t the quiz is really good for. Go through it. See how the elements are moving in your body and your mind. And then take it once a week and see how you're shifting back into balance and what you can do to become the most balanced human being you know.
Doshas can fluctuate for many reasons such as stress, age, and diet. One must determine their imbalances as they can result in different effects on the body. For example, an excess or imbalance of each dosha can be seen in the following ways:
Excess Vata can cause disturbances with the large intestine, nervous system, immune system, and joints.
Excess Pitta can results in problems with the small intestines, liver, spleen, thyroid, blood, skin, and eyes.
Excess Kapha can result in issues with the stomach, lungs, mucous/water retention, and weight gain.

Prakriti (Prakriti)-Vikriti
Prakriti is an individual combination of Vata,Pitta, and Kapha qualities for this particular person one’s unique constitution, an inborn metabolic pattern. Prakriti also means Nature, the set of tendencies that was set up at the time of our conception.
Besides Prakriti (which doesn’t change) lets understand of Vikriti – a constitution of the moment, one’s current state of health. Vikriti reflects any aspects of diet, lifestyle, emotions, age, environment, etc. that are not in harmony with one’s Prakriti.
How are both Prakriti and Vikriti determined?
I can calculate the difference between your ideal state-Prakriti – and your current state – Vikriti – and create a program to restore the balance.

Rejuvenation, Longevity and the Balance of The Three Energetic Forces of Nature (Three Doshas).

Rejuvenation, Longevity and the Balance of the three energetic forces of nature (Three Doshas).
Manage/Cure Chronic Health Issues By Balancing Three Dosha : Ayurveda Therapy can be a helpful support in the treatment of chronic and degenerative diseases of all types.
Recognizing that human beings are part of nature, Ayurveda describes three fundamental energies that govern our inner and outer environments: movement, transformation, and structure. Ayurveda reminds us that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind, and spirit.
Vata (Wind), Pitta (Fire), and Kapha (Earth), these primary forces are responsible for the characteristics of our mind and body.
The three doshas have their respective sites of accumulation in the body where they breed disease and from which they spread to the rest of the body, damaging its various tissues and organs. Ayurveda works to prevent the doshas from accumulating at these three locations, and also to remove them from the body from these three sites as well.
Kapha and the Stomach
Kapha’s main site of accumulation is in the stomach, from which as mucus it overflows into the plasma, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, heart, head, and body as a whole, causing various Kapha diseases. Such conditions include nausea, frequent or chronic colds and flu, allergies, edema, asthma, diabetes and heart disease. Preventing Kapha from accumulating in the stomach inhibits the disease process and reduces premature aging. This dosha hydrates all cells and systems, lubricates the joints, moisturizes the skin, maintains immunity, and protects the tissues. When out of balance, kappa triggers greed, and possessiveness and can also create stubbornness, lethargy, and resistance to change. Physically, kapha tends to invite stagnation and congestion in organs and tissues throughout the body—including the mind. When kapha is out of balance, the heavy emotions of depression and lethargy result. Kapha individuals are prone to gaining weight and tend to have weaknesses in their lungs and sinuses where there is an accumulation of mucous. The diseases common to kaphic constitution are: coughs, excess mucus, bronchitis, rheumatic fever, aching joints, sinsuitis, nasal congestion, body wastes, lethargy and sloth.
In order to balance the kapha dosha: exercise daily, reduce fatty foods, eliminate iced drinks and foods and excessive amounts of bread and pastries. Also, eat warm, light and dry foods and have a lot of variety in the menus with vegetables, peppers, ginger, garlic, and turmeric. Keep salt consumption low. Most seeds and all nuts should be eliminated from the diet. Popcorn with no fat or salt is excellent.
Kapha governs all structure and lubrication in the mind and body. It controls weight, growth, lubrication for the joints and lungs, and formation of all the seven tissues - nutritive fluids, blood, fat, muscles, bones, marrow and reproductive tissues.
Kapha Governs
Tarpaka Kapha: Moisture for nose, mouth, eyes and brain.
Bhodaka Kapha: Sense of taste, which is essential for good digestion.
Kledaka Kapha: Moisture of the stomach lining for good digestion.
Avalambaka Kapha: Protects the heart, strong muscles, healthy lungs.
Shleshaka Kapha: Lubrication of the joints, soft and supple skin.
Pitta Dosha and the Small Intestine
Pitta’s main site of accumulation is the small intestine, from which as toxic heat or toxic blood it overflows into the blood, liver, heart, sweat glands and body as a whole, causing various Pitta diseases. Such conditions include hyperacidity, fever, bleeding disorders, skin diseases, liver diseases and hypertension. Preventing Pitta from accumulating in the small intestine inhibits the disease process and reduces premature aging.Pitta is closely related to intelligence, understanding, and the digestion of foods, thoughts, emotions, and experiences; it governs nutrition and metabolism, body temperature, and the light of understanding. When out of balance, pitta causes frustration, anger, jealously, and criticism. Imbalanced pitta is often at the root of inflammatory disorders, which can affect organs and tissues throughout the body. You might also see hives, rash, acne, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis. As pitta accumulates further, it can cause nausea, vomiting, hiccups, acid reflux, heartburn, loose stools, diarrhea, low blood sugar, and sensitivity to spicy and/or fried foods. Long-standing in the digestive tract can cause severe acid indigestion or heartburn, fatty diarrhea, blood in the stools, inflammation of the stomach or esophagus, appendicitis, and peptic ulcers. Severe disturbance in the blood, skin, and sweat include visible capillary networks, severe bleeding disorders, hemorrhage, jaundice, hepatitis, abscess, gangrene, melanoma, lupus, gout, mononucleosis, blood clots, strokes, and myeloid leukaemia.
Pitta governs all heat, metabolism and transformation in the mind and body. It controls how we digest foods, how we metabolize our sensory perceptions, and how we discriminate between right and wrong.
Pitta governs the important digestive (agni) or fires of the body.
Pitta Governs
Alochaka Pitta: Functioning of the eyes.
Bhrajaka Pitta: Healthy glow of the skin.
Sadhaka Pitta: Desire, drive, decisiveness, spirituality.
Pachaka Pitta: Digestion, assimilation, metabolism for healthy nutrients and tissues.
Ranjaka Pitta: Healthy, toxin-free blood.
Vata Dosha and the Large Intestine
Vata’s main site of accumulation is in the large intestine, particularly the colon, from which as dryness and toxic gas, it overflows into the bones, joints, nervous system, bladder and body as a whole, causing various Vata diseases. Such conditions are bloating, constipation, insomnia, arthritis, tremors, and nervous debility. Preventing Vata from accumulating in the large intestine inhibits the disease process and reduces premature raging. Vata governs all movement—the flow of the breath, the pulsation of the heart, all muscle contractions, tissue movements, cellular mobility—and communication throughout the mind and the nervous system. When out of balance, Vata tends to cause fear, anxiety, isolation, loneliness, and exhaustion. Their bodies tend to be light, their bones thin, and their skin and hair dry. They often move and speak quickly. When out of balance, they may lose weight, become constipated and have weakness in their immune and nervous systems.
Of these three factors of doshic accumulation, the accumulation of Vata dosha in the large intestine and its overflow into the deeper tissues is most detrimental toward health and longevity. It is most allied with the forces of gravity, entropy and decay. It is a common occurrence during old age, the Vata stage of life.
Vata dominates the fall season (Nov. to Feb.) and is also most prominent at 2:00AM to 6:00AM and 2:00PM to 6:00PM. during these times, it is not wise to do or ingest anything that may bring about an imbalance of the vata force. It is this time dominance that suggests that we rise from sleep each day before sunrise. Vata is also dominant in the old age period, that is, “life over fifty". Sure ways to imbalance vata are to worry, eat on the run, get too little sleep, eat dry, frozen or left-over foods, keep on the move or work at night.
Vata governs all movement in the mind and body. It controls blood flow, elimination of wastes, breathing and the movement of thoughts across the mind.
Since Pitta and Kapha cannot move without it, Vata is considered the leader of the three Ayurvedic Principles in the body. It's very important to keep Vata in good balance.
Vata Governs
Prana Vata: The senses, creative thinking, reasoning, enthusiasm, leader of all 15 categories of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Udana Vata: Quality of voice, memory, movements of thought.
Samana Vata: Movement of food through digestive tract.
Apana Vata: Elimination of wastes, sexual function, menstrual cycle.
Vyana Vata: Blood flow, heart rhythm, perspiration, sense of touch.

Balance yourself according to your Doshas!
Ayurveda guides us on the proper use of our senses, ideal daily and seasonal routines, types of physical activity and dietary choices. It reminds us that our health is a balanced and dynamic totality between our environment, physical body, mind and soul. In short, the key to a healthy and happy life is to create harmony between our body, mind and environment.
Everything we perceive as a result of our five senses: what we eat, drink, see, hear, smell and touch, impact our doshas by creating emotions, thoughts and feelings.
Despite the fact that we all have all of these elements within us, for most of us, one or two of the types are more dominant and within our daily lives, there can always be an issue of balance and imbalance for every dosha.
By creating a daily routine, diet, lifestyle and using appropriate Ayurvedic Medicines, we can balance our natures and easily improve our physical, intellectual and emotional health.
By learning about your Dosha type, you can show care to our digestive system, which is our body’s second brain. Thus, we can prevent the formation of toxins and make dietary choices that will positively impact our entire health.

Ayurveda and Skin Health
According to Ayurveda, a number of factors determine skin health and youthfulness, and these include proper moisture balance (Kapha in balance), effective functioning of the metabolic mechanisms that coordinate all the various chemical and hormonal reactions of the skin (Pitta in balance), and efficient circulation of blood and nutrients to the different layers of the skin (Vata in balance). The health of the following three types of body tissue are especially reflected in the skin: nutritional fluid (Rasa), blood (Rakta) and muscle (Mamsa). To be effective, an antiaging application has to provide support to all of these areas.
Ayurveda provided me with the tools I needed to tap into the innate wisdom my body already contained. It showed me that the foods that work for me might not work for my friend, family member. We are constantly changing beings, and our diets and lifestyles need to change, too. A healthy digestion is the secret to a healthy mind, and as soon as I healed my gut, my entire world opened.

So here's a practice or here's a tool and here's a herb that I can drink, and suddenly you're back into balance. And what it does is it keeps you in check so you don't get too far out of balance. It brings you back in that normal range of imbalance because we keep moving in and out of balance.
Panchakarma..
Pancha karma literally means "five actions" and allows for detoxification, relaxation, rejuvenation and revitalization.
Each Ayurvedic treatment aims distortions with respect to Vata , Pitta and Kapha to lift. An illness (physical and mental) is always the result of an imbalance between the three dosha 's, which may be caused by themselves toxins (ama) nested in the tissues. If one wants to cause disease than really addressing these toxins must be removed or neutralised
Panchakarma as the most comprehensive purification of body and mind. Here the body is stimulated to release and discharge of waste at a cellular level. It is a very profound experience with an impact on all areas of life.
It consists of the following cleanings, which will be applied depending on the birth constitution and the current condition:
1. A cleaning colon ;
2. Cleaning small intestine;
3. Cleaning of the stomach;
4. Cleaning of the blood
